Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

 

House of Tides or Solstice will not be held responsible for any personal circumstances that may cause you not redeeming your voucher from date of purchase until the expiry date of the voucher.

 

All vouchers are non-refundable.

 

To redeem the voucher, please check the currant availability on our website, then email info@houseoftides.co.uk or info@solsticencl.com to make a reservation quoting the voucher code.

 

Any reservation made using this voucher will be subject to our normal booking and cancellation policy.

 

Vouchers can be used as part payment towards a larger bill. Unfortunately, unused values will not be refunded.

 

All vouchers MUST be presented to reception on arrival so our team can process the voucher to remove the value from the final bill.

 

We reserve the right to refuse vouchers handed in at the end of the meal if the bill has already been presented.
